• What are the file requirements for posters & banners?

• Can I order a custom size?

  <span data-sheets-root="1">Yes, you can enter your desired size in the "Cut to Size" section under product options. Ensure your artboard matches the order size (in 1-foot increments) and align your graphic to the top left corner of the artboard. You don't need to fill the entire cutout area with your graphic.</span>

• Can I customize grommet, hem, or pocket options?

  <span data-sheets-root="1">At this time, we do not offer customization for grommet and hem options. For any special requests, please submit a order through our Contact Us page.</span>

• Why does my graphic look blurry or faded?

  <span data-sheets-root="1">Fabric or polyester stock tends to absorb more ink, which can cause graphics to appear slightly faded or blurry. To achieve a more vivid result, consider increasing the color saturation in your design.</span>
