Why does my graphic look faded on matte card stock?
- Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on matte card stock.
- However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint form to [email protected] within 7 days of the package delivery date.
- We’ll address the issue promptly.

Why do the edges of my cards appear unclean on matte stock?
- Our standard matte business cards are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting.
- To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back.
- If your design includes a colored background on both sides, we suggest opting for our silk or suede stock, which offer a cleaner cut edge.
