  • Why does my graphic look faded?

    • Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on many stock options.
    • However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint form through contact us page within 15 days of the order date.
    • We’ll address the issue promptly.

  • Why do the edges of my brochures appear unclean?

    • Our aqueous coating brochures are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after folding.
    • To minimize this, we recommend using lighter background colors.

  • What should I do if my brochures arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

    • We accept printing complaints within 15 days of the order date.
    • Please submit a complaint form through contact us page. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue
