  • Why does my graphic look faded?

    <span data-sheets-root="1">Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on matte card stock. However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint at Contact Us within 15 days of the order date. We’ll address the issue promptly.</span>

  • Why do the edges appear unclean?

    <span data-sheets-root="1">Our aqueous coated products are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting. To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back. </span>

  • What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?
