Keep in Mind

  • Why does my graphic look faded on matte post card stock?

    • Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on matte stock.
    • However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint form to [email protected] within 7 days of the package delivery date.
    • We’ll address the issue promptly.

  • Why do the edges of my cards appear unclean?

    • Our standard post cards are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting.
    • To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back.

  • What should I do if my cards arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

    • We accept printing complaints within 7 days of the package delivery date.
    • Please submit a complaint form by contacting us at [email protected]. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
