Welcome to ADPOP Designer, your trusted partner in high-quality online printing. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or using any of our services.
- General Terms 1.1 By placing an order on our site, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing your design and product specifications. ADPOP Designer will not be liable for errors that occur due to incorrect information or oversight provided by the customer. 1.2 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
- Order Cancellation and Refund Policy: 2.1 Non-Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered. Please review your order carefully before submission. 2.2 No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders based on a customer’s change of mind. All sales are final once production begins. 2.3 Reporting Damages or Errors: If your product is missing, damaged, or contains a printing error, you must report the issue to us within 15 days of the order date. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any claims for replacement or refunds. 2.4 Evidence Requirement: To process a claim, customers must provide sufficient evidence, including photos of the damaged or misprinted products. Claims without adequate proof will not be considered.
- Design Services 3.1 Non-Refundable Design Services: All design services are non-refundable once delivered on the promised timeline. Revisions are subject to the terms agreed upon during the design process. 3.2 Use of Designs: All design services are intended exclusively for printing through ADPOP Designer. Any use, reproduction, or modification of the designs outside of ADPOP Designer without permission is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. 3.3 Design Ownership: ADPOP Designer retains all rights to the designs unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized use of our designs for purposes outside the agreed terms will result in legal action. 3.4 Content Submission: Upon requesting design services, the customer must provide complete and accurate content for the project. We will not accept design requests with incomplete content, and delays in submission may affect delivery timelines. 3.5 Revision Policy: Revisions are limited to minor changes such as text edits or slight adjustments. Requests that involve significant layout changes, design scheme alterations, or a complete redesign will be considered a new design project and will be charged accordingly. 3.6 Additional Revision Charges: Revision requests that exceed the agreed-upon limit will incur additional charges, which will be determined on a pro-rated basis according to the scope of the changes requested.
- Design Templates and Content Responsibility 4.1 Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for any content, graphics, or messages created using our design platform. The customer bears full responsibility for the content they create or upload. 4.2 Content Compliance: By using our design services, you confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. 4.3 Disclaimer of Association: ADPOP Designer acts solely as a third-party printer and is not affiliated with or endorsing any specific content or designs created by customers on our platform.
- Limitation of Liability 5.1 ADPOP Designer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to errors, delays, or omissions. 5.2 Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.
- Changes to Terms of Service 6.1 ADPOP Designer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes. 6.2 Your continued use of the website and services after any modifications to the Terms of Service will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.
